This is actully quite easy and might be necessary from time to time.

Open a Terminal and enter the following command: 

sudo /Developer/Library/uninstall-devtools --mode=all

This will take some time (on my system it was between 10 and 30 minutes),
afterwards you can close the Terminal and reinstall xCode.
